Overcoming Spontaneous Conflicts

Abstract


Spontaneous conflict derives from a human uniqueness. Everyone percepts, thinks, decides and deals with the similar situation on his own. Conflict used in this specific context does not mean contrast or even less a dispute. It stands for the sake of diversity, a kind of tension between motives that can lead us into discord – exclusion or into consensus – supplementing. Inside of the organization conflicts arise spontaneously, from the natural causes, and deliberately, because of the conflicting interests. If we are in command of them, they can have constructive effect, but as soon as we start to ignore them or - what is more – stimulate them, their influence could be destructive. In this article we represent the spontaneous and often unconscious process of conflict formation and point out to the path toward organizational mastery over it.
