Quality of Study Perception and Students Satisfaction of Study at Faculty of Organisational Sciences

Abstract


The question of quality in study proces is key factor of efficancy and efficiency in higer education institute. If we want to impact the qulaity, we have to reasearch, measure, compare and enlarge it. In our reasearch we were finding general perception of study quality and students satisfaction with the study at Faculty of organisational sciences University in Maribor. The reasearch indicates that the profile of student of Faculty of organisationalsciences in encuraging for the future and emloyment. Students present business orientation, which is extra important for organizer profession. Students satisfaction with faculty is good, though some indicators show some lack, for example, professors beside implementation of basic pedagogical obligations offer students only few goods. The reasearch displayed high rate of apathy of students for international exchange. Creativity, adventoury and risk are sinking between comfortable walls of home kitchen and the nearest pub.That puts us down to blame rather good ease and benefits, which students have and on the other side to bad employment possibilities and high expenses for economical independence of young people.
